This design was born from a moment of deep reflection after hearing the heartbreaking story of Kaysera Stops Pretty Places—a missing Indigenous woman whose case sparked awareness and action for me. Though I haven’t experienced this pain firsthand, the stories of these women and their families moved me to speak through art.

The Missing But Not Forgotten hoodie is more than clothing—it's a statement of solidarity and remembrance. Created to honor the lives of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls, this design ensures their stories are not erased or overlooked.

According to NativeHope.org, over 5,700 Indigenous women and girls were reported missing in 2016 alone, yet only 116 were logged in a federal database. This gap is unacceptable—and it's time for change.
